3rd Shift Machine Operators

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking dedicated 3rd Shift Machine Operators to join their dynamic team. As a 3rd Shift Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting quality assurance and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Operators

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Load, inspect, and process parts following detailed work instructions and visual aids
• Ensure design features and tolerances meet manufacturing requirements through regular inspection
• Utilize various inspection techniques such as CMM, air probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment
• Make small offsets and tool adjustments to maintain process stability
• Perform basic material handling, including forklift operation when necessary

What's Needed?

• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities to uphold quality standards
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting decimals
• Comfortable recording data accurately in computer systems
