We are seeking an experienced Machine Technician Level 3 to support manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and capable of diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical systems during third shift (10 PM - 6 AM), with shift differential of $1.50/hr. Training on 1st or 2nd shift is required.
Responsibilities: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic issues; perform inspections; diagnose malfunctions; repair components; collaborate with production; maintain records; follow safety policies; support continuous improvement.
Qualifications: High school diploma; technical training preferred; mechanical troubleshooting skills; knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics; experience with CMMS; problem-solving ability; flexible for night shifts; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
