If so, read on! The Machine Technician I operates a minimum of one production machine in an area or department and performs basic preventative machine maintenance and troubleshooting. What You BringHigh School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred. Mechanically inclined preferred.Fully trained and experienced in the operation of one production machine as defined at each plant and/or equivalent work experience.Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common language.Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task, focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary.Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
