As a Machine Tender, youll play a vital role in overseeing the extruding process and ensuring materials are produced accurately and efficiently. Youll collaborate closely with a small, dedicated crew to keep operations running smoothly and meet quality standards.
What Youll Do
As a Machine Tender, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring the extruding line, scooping powder, and maintaining attention to detail to ensure product specifications are met
Reading blueprints to verify correct output and quality standards
Handling materials, standing for long periods, and moving continuously during your shift
Using hand tools and power tools as needed for setup and adjustments
Upholding safety protocols, including wearing steel toes, eye protection, and gloves supplied by the client

Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and mechanically inclined mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
Experience with hand tools and power tools
