The Day-to-Day:
Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Facility techs on shifts.
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
Supervise
maintenance personnel in completing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) for safety.
What We're Looking For:
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure.
