Our Arlington, TX facility needs a skilled hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse Maintenance team and ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our operations.     Who YOU Are:

    • Strategic Thinker: You analyze data, identify trends, and develop proactive maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability, optimize resources, and support business objectives.
    • Collaborative Partner: You build strong cross- functional partnerships, communicate effectively at all levels, and foster teamwork to drive operational excellence and continues improvement.
    • Analytical Problem Solver: You go beyond addressing immediate issues by identifying root causes, evaluating long-term solutions, implementing corrective actions that improve reliability and efficiency.

    The Day-to-Day:

    • Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Facility techs on shifts.
    • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
    • Supervise maintenance personnel in completing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently.
    • Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
    • Oversee on-site contractors and conduct nightly security checks.
    • Conduct skilled trade testing and prioritize work order requests.
    • Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
    • Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
    • Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) for safety.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail.
    • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.
    • Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
    • Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure.
