Maintenance Technician – 3^rd shift – Manpower
Our client, who is a leading manufacturer in the home fragrance industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting safe and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a positive attitude that aligns successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 3^rd shift
Location:                     Kansas City, KS
Pay Rate Range:          $30-35/hr + $1.50 shift differential
Shift:                           3^rd shift 11:00pm – 7:30am Sunday PM – Friday amWhat’s the Job?

• Install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical control systems (24V DC – 480V AC; single and three-phase)
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Maintain and repair pneumatic systems including compressors and dryers
• Maintain and service gas-fired boilers
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs)
• Document work completed in CMMS system
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and internal stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned

What’s Needed?

• 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Degree, certification, or documented electrical/mechanical experience is preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Knowledge of safe use of electrical meters
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
