Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Lead
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift | 10:00PM-6:00AM| Mandatory Overtime
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $24.50/hour DOE

Position Overview

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Lead for a manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing production employees on the overnight shift, ensuring production goals are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees throughout the shift
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet production goals
• Train and mentor new and existing employees on safety and production procedures
• Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet specifications
• Assist with troubleshooting production and equipment issues
• Communicate production updates, concerns, and staffing needs to management
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Assist with production duties and machine operation as needed
• Promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead, or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading 10+ employees on a production shift
• Experience in coil manufacturing, metal fabrication, brazing, welding, assembly, or HVAC manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow production schedules and work instructions
• Basic computer skills and experience with production documentation
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must successfully complete a tape measure test during the interview process
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
