Job Description
Advance Services is seeking a 3rd Shift Welder for a company in Hastings. Employees will enjoy a safe work environment, safety and attendance incentives, and weekly pay!
Duties include:
Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with other fabrication and production duties as needed.
Schedule: MondayThursday, 1:30am-12pm, with some Fridays required based on production needs.
Wage: $23.70
