Job Description
Advance Services is seeking a
3rd Shift Welder for a company in Hastings. Employees will enjoy a safe work environment, safety and attendance incentives, and weekly pay!
Duties include:- Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with other fabrication and production duties as needed.
Schedule: MondayThursday, 1:30am-12pm, with some Fridays required based on production needs.
Wage: $23.70 + differential pay
