Description

Join our 3rd shift team and be part of the crew that kicks off the entire production process! Lavelle is seeking a full-time Mixing Operator - 3rd Shift at our Burlington, WI location. If you enjoy staying active on the job and being part of a close supportive team, our Compounding Department will be a great fit for you!

The HEART of Lavelle's business is our proprietary rubber compounds, that are made ONLY in the USA. Creating it takes precision and attention to detail, much like baking a cake. The difference? The batches are ALOT bigger, and a whole lot heavier! Each shift runs with a small team of about 5 people, all cross-trained to support each other for smooth operations.

What does it take to succeed in this role? For safety reasons, you'll need to be at least 5' 8" and be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly - feel free to cancel your gym membership once you start! While previous mixing or milling experience is a plus, it isn't required - we offer thorough training to get you up to speed. This is a hand-on role, so you should be comfortable being on your feet and willing to get a little messy - this isn't flour and eggs we're working with!
