3rd Shift Molding Inventory Specialist
Location: Greensboro, NC
Shift: 11pm-7am Monday-Friday (overtime on weekends when required) Must be able to train on 1st Shift 7am-3pm for 1-2 weeks
Pay: $17.90/hour **Paid weekly**

Overview
The Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Injection Molding operations by managing raw materials, inventory accuracy, and material flow throughout the production process. This position is responsible for ensuring materials are properly stored, tracked, returned, and available for production needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment and has strong organizational and inventory control skills.
Responsibilities
Process returns of all raw materials not consumed during production runs
Weigh or count returned materials and generate inventory labels as required
Perform weekly cycle counts of resins and colorants and provide results to the Inventory Administrator
Ensure regrind materials are properly distributed and consumed on the correct production jobs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Organize inventory racks and storage areas daily
Order consumable supplies, including tape, stretch wrap, and high-volume boxes
Identify contaminated materials and coordinate proper disposition with the warehouse team
Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control initiatives
Safely operate a forklift as part of daily material handling responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using ERP systems; D365 experience preferred
Previous experience with inventory control and cycle counting preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to safely operate a forklift
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
