What Youll Do
Monitor product weight using Ishida operation terminal
Ensure bags meet correct weight and quality standards
Check proper bag alignment and sealing (end seal and back seal)
Verify accurate and legible date/price coding
Inspect packaging for overall quality and appearance
Adjust air fill levels as needed
What Were Looking For
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM 6 AM)
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
Manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule Details
This role follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule:
Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days (then rotates)
Built-in overtime opportunities
Predictable schedule
Every other weekend off
