3rd Shift Packer – Manufacturing | $18.75 per Hour

Kimco Staffing is hiring 3rd Shift Packers for an established manufacturing company in Huntington Beach, CA. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule and Pay

• Monday through Friday (weekends and overtime may be required)
• 11:25 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• $18.75 per hour, including the applicable third-shift differential
• Overtime may be available or required based on business needs

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect, package, label and prepare manufactured products.
• Verify that products meet quality and packaging standards.
• Confirm the correct product quantity is placed in each carton.
• Verify that carton and UPC labels match the packaged product.
• Perform shrink-wrapping, product finishing, rework and other packaging tasks.
• Operate or assist with multiple packaging and secondary production machines.
• Identify and report quality, equipment or production concerns to the supervisor or process technician.
• Follow written work instructions, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Keep the assigned workstation clean, safe and organized.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members.
• Complete additional production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous packaging, production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of shipping, packaging or palletizing is helpful.
• Ability to understand job instructions and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime or adjust schedules when needed.
