About the Role:
Advance Services, Inc. is hiring reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support our production operations as Palletizers and Catcher/Feeders. In this hands-on position, you’ll help feed machines, catch finished products, stack and palletize materials, and maintain overall production efficiency. We’re looking for safety-conscious candidates who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Feed production machinery and monitor workflow to ensure smooth operations.
  
• 
  Catch and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  
• 
  Stack, bundle, and palletize products according to company and customer specifications.
  
• 
  Wrap and label pallets for shipment or warehouse storage.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  
• 
  Assist with general labor and material handling tasks as needed.
  
• 
  Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
