Job Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and operate palletizer machinery and shrink wrappers.
• Ensure the palletizer is supplied with slip-sheets, pallets, and shrink-wrap.
• Accurately count and report all good product handled.
• Assist in troubleshooting and collaborate with maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and complete necessary documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift at least 60 pounds safely.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and simple math.
• Willingness to learn the Repete Automation System.
• Ability to work in extreme heat/cold/dust/noise environments.
• Available to work the 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Preferences

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
