Job Summary
As a 3rd Shift Packer, you will play a crucial role in our production process by carefully assembling, packaging, and preparing our products for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and package products according to established procedures
- Inspect finished goods to maintain quality standards
- Prepare packaged products for shipping, including labeling and palletizing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a general labor or production environment is preferred
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude
Working Conditions
This is a 3rd shift position, with hours typically from 11: 00 PM to 7: 00 AM. The work environment is fast-paced and physical, requiring frequent standing, bending, and lifting. Protective equipment, such as gloves and safety glasses, will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
The target pay rate for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
