Are you a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Picker/Packer to be a crucial part of our packaging operations. In this role, you'll help ensure that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with quality and efficiency. Your work directly supports our production line, maintaining high standards while fostering a safe and collaborative workplace.
Required Skills:
- Ability to meet packing line speed standards consistently
- Strong attention to detail for inspecting and removing defective products
- Comfortable preparing cartons, trays, and labeling correctly
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with supervision
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following GMP requirements
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience assisting with machine changeovers, setup, and cleaning
- Knowledge of repacking and reworking processes
- Ability to assist or train new employees
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar picking, packing, or production role highly valued
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 3rd shift hours
- Adherence to all company policies and safety procedures
