3rd shift Picker Packer

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated 3rd shift Picker Packer to join their team. As a 3rd shift Picker Packer, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the packaging and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd shift Picker Packer

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range:

Shift: 3rd shift, 11:50pm - 8:20am

What's the Job?

• Packing and assembling plastic containers into boxes, ensuring correct labeling, sealing, and stacking
• Performing quality checks for defects and verifying product labels and descriptions
• Monitoring and restocking packaging supplies such as boxes and labels
• Maintaining an organized and clean workstation to promote safety and efficiency
• Following safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and working around moving machinery

What's Needed?

• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to learn machine operations quickly
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, lift (up to 50 lbs), stoop, and kneel
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime; training provided for new hires
