Salary: $30-31/hour (+$1.50 Shift Differential)

- Establish stable processes meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Troubleshoot molding defects and implement corrective actions.
- Support mold changeovers, startups, and process validation.
- Reduce scrap and improve cycle times continuously.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters as needed.
- Train operators on processing techniques and troubleshooting methods.
- Maintain off-shift staffing, performance standards, and discipline.
