3rd Shift Production Associate

Nesco Resource is looking for a 3 ^rd Shift Production Associate. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30PM-6:30AM

Pay: $19.50/Hour

Position Overview: Join a growing production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment! We are seeking dependable Production Associates who are motivated, eager to learn, and committed to producing quality products.

Responsibilities

• Perform fast-paced production and packaging duties
• Follow all food-safe Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Inspect, package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance are required
• No English communication skills required for this position
• Ability to work in a hot production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
