3rd Shift Production Supervisor

We are seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor for a permanent hire opportunity with a manufacturing company in the Mayville/Horicon area.

Sun - Thurs 7:00pm - 5:00am

Avg. is 48 hrs per week

Pay: $85,000 - 95,000

$32.50/HR plus 8 hours of OT for 50 weeks is $87,500 plus bonuses as a guesstimate of max salary.

$1500 annual safety bonus (paid $375 quarterly).

Additional bonus paid in June and December: $2400 - $6000 annually. It’s 99% guaranteed.

401k is 100% match on the first 4%.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of all production processes and loading and unloading practices;
• Knowledge of production capability of all machines and equipment;
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and systems work flow;
• 2 years supervisory experience, preferably with a metals service center or manufacturing background;
• Good general math skills including simple calculations;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Ability to multitask, must be flexible and adaptable to production schedules;
• Broad experience with workplace safety standards;
• Computer skills, MS Office Products to include Excel, Word, Outlook
