Position Summary
The Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care, supporting the physical and mental health needs of patients. This role is responsible for delivering direct care, administering treatments, and ensuring compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Active BLS/CPR Certification
- Knowledge of psychiatric and general nursing practices, regulations, and patient care standards
- Experience in corrections, behavioral health, or acute care settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to respond effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations
This position is located within an adult prison system; employees may have direct contact with incarcerated individuals.
