Pay:
3rd shift starting rate: $18.50/hour
Plus shift differential at $2.00
Ability to earn up to $0.75/hour increase at 90 days based on performance
Ability to earn up to $0.75/hour increase at 6 months based on performance
Ability to earn $1.00/hour increase per quarter based on perfect attendance
Bi-weekly
Essential Functions:
Maintain and enhance the quality of the finished products manufactured by Conestoga
Perform routine checks of product and processes to ensure compliance to Conestoga Quality system
Assists with training
Maintain daily reports and report defects identified in the finished product
Rectifying errors in speedy manner and report them
Perform checks of the products throughout the shift
Communicate with all applicable departments that have a role in manufacturing
Follow all procedures completely which ensures the quality of the product
Understand and have knowledge of material machine, picture specs and drawings
Research customer returns for root cause, corrective actions
Make educated decisions on product conformance

What YOU need:
Must possess good problem solving skills
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
Must possess good spelling, writing and grammar and writing skills
Ability to read, write and follow written job instructions
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measure, calipers, and pro scales.
Must possess basic knowledge of how the operations perform and/ or equipment used in manufacturing affects the quality of the product
Basic knowledge of applicable software to infer statistical data
Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management

Job Requirement:
High School education or equivalent
Three years of experience in the Quality field preferred
Must possess knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Requires advanced skills to operate hand and/or bench power tools
