The CompanyKleiss High Precision, a member of The Heico Companies' Plastics Segment, is a U.S.-based precision injection molding company specializing in tight-tolerance plastic components for demanding applications. The company combines advanced molding technologies, micro-molding capabilities, robust quality systems, and extensive experience processing high-performance engineering polymers to support customers from prototype through production. Operating from Grantsburg, Wisconsin and certified to ISO 9001:2015, Kleiss High Precision partners with customers across medical, industrial, and other regulated markets to deliver complex molded components with consistent quality, reliable performance, and responsive program support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Develop and maintain QMS documentation to reflect updates in standards and certification requirements.
- Administer quality management systems (e.g., AX, IQMS, Q-Pulse) to reduce risk and support continuous improvement.
- Capture and manage 8D investigations, Management of Change (MoC) processes, and other quality applications.
- Generate and analyze KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Build cross-functional relationships to promote engagement with the quality agenda.
- Support QMS development across automotive, electronics, medical, aerospace, and energy sectors.

Required Competencies- Audit Proficiency: Ability to conduct thorough internal audits and communicate findings constructively.
- Systems Thinking: Understanding of QMS platforms and their integration with business processes.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and present quality metrics and trends.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills across departments.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in documentation and system updates.
Qualifications & Experience- 5 GCSEs Grades A-C (or equivalent), including Maths and English (Desirable)
- Experience in complex administrative roles requiring precision and confidentiality.
- Audit training (Highly Desirable)
- High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and QMS platforms.
Training Requirements- Completion of QMS systems training and internal audit certification.
- ISO 9001 and sector-specific standards awareness.
- Ongoing training in document control and risk management.
- Competency assessments aligned with the Victrex Competency Framework.
Performance Metrics- Audit completion rate and effectiveness.
- Accuracy and timeliness of QMS updates.
- Engagement with cross-functional quality initiatives.
- Quality KPI reporting and analysis.
