What You'll Do

• Inspect in-process and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Perform detailed measurements (down to 1/64 inch)
• Conduct visual, tensile, and seal strength testing
• Ensure color accuracy and product consistency
• Identify defects and communicate findings to production teams
• Accurately complete documentation and quality records
• Package products for shipment
• Follow cleanroom procedures and PPE requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or lab work (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to follow cleanroom standards (PPE, no fragrances, limited phone use)
• High school diploma required (Associate degree a plus)

Work Environment

• Cleanroom setting requiring PPE (including steel-toed shoes)
• Seated work performing detailed inspections for extended periods
• Team-oriented culture focused on precision and safety

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensenville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
