3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor

In this position, you will lead the overnight sanitation team, ensuring that all production and packaging equipment, as well as storage areas, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role involves planning and coordinating nightly sanitation activities, overseeing proper use of chemicals and safety equipment, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs). You will also be responsible for training staff, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
