The Forklift Driver uses a forklift for the purpose of loading and unloading; delivering operational excellence and creating an outstanding customer experience, in order to drive sales and profit.
Primary Responsibilities: • Communication/Documentation: Communicates to dock loading and unloading areas • Communication/Documentation: Communicates operational / space needs to Operations Supervisor • Maintenance: Maintains appropriate documentation on safety • Customer Experience: Demonstrates WORTH behaviors consistently • Vehicle Operation: Operates and maintains vehicle in accordance with prescribed safety standards and DOT regulations, if applicable • Identifying and Reporting: Identifies and reports faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to Supervisor immediately • Loading and Unloading: Loads and unload products from trailers using forklift trucks and other material handling equipment • Cleaning: Clean work area and equipment regularly by removing empty pallets, wood and plastic.

Performance Standards: Maintains high work standards by being consistent in all aspects of the job including (but not limited to), proper use of systems, attendance, productivity, and customer service. Works in a manner that follows company guidelines. These standards include but are not limited to the following policies: cell phone, dress code, safety.
