We’re hiring a Shipping Associate to support a busy aerospace manufacturing operation. If you have forklift experience and enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on environment—this is a great long-term opportunity.

? Schedule
- 3rd Shift: 10:30PM – 6:30AM
- Monday–Friday + overtime as needed
? What You’ll Do
- Operate forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely
- Inspect incoming parts (verify counts, weights, paperwork)
- Prepare UPS/FedEx shipments and coordinate pickups
- Complete shipping/receiving documentation accurately
- Load customer vehicles and assist with pickups
- Stage materials for production and outbound orders
- Handle specialty shipments with detailed requirements
- Follow all safety procedures (dock locks, wheel chocks, PPE)
- Support team and help train newer associates
? What You Need
- 6+ months of shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience (certification a plus)
- Ability to read paperwork, follow instructions, and do basic math
- Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and being on your feet
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- High School Diploma or GED
