3rd Shift Staffing Coordinator / Onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual Spanish/English Staffing Coordinator to join our team and support staffing operations during the 3rd shift. This position will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and supporting employees while serving as the primary on-site staffing contact during overnight operations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring qualified candidates for open positions.
• Communicate with candidates and employees in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct employee orientations, onboarding, and required paperwork.
• Coordinate employee schedules, assignments, and shift coverage.
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and staffing needs.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns and provide timely assistance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and staffing documentation.
• Work closely with onsite management and operations teams to identify staffing needs.
• Help resolve employee issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Conduct regular onsite check-ins with employees during the 3rd shift.
• Assist with filling last-minute staffing shortages and replacement needs.
• Promote a positive, professional, and respectful workplace.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable employment requirements.
