We are seeking a talented, hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead third-shift manufacturing operations at our Troy, Alabama facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production, ensuring quality standards are met, promoting a safe work environment, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily shift operations, including production schedules, staffing, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Train, mentor, and support production employees.
Monitor production processes and resolve issues that impact efficiency or quality.
Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to improve operational performance.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in plastics manufacturing.
