About the Role
We are seeking a talented, hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead third-shift manufacturing operations at our Troy, Alabama facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production, ensuring quality standards are met, promoting a safe work environment, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily shift operations, including production schedules, staffing, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Train, mentor, and support production employees.
  • Monitor production processes and resolve issues that impact efficiency or quality.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to improve operational performance.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in plastics manufacturing.
  • Blow molding and/or injection molding experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work third shift, including weekends as needed.
  • Experience with IQMS, Microsoft Office, and other manufacturing software is preferred.
