Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces
• Utilize industry-standard cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high-quality results.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
• Adapt to varying cleaning tasks and schedules based on client needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in janitorial & commercial cleaning or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
