Certco is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Femrite location on 3rd Shift. This is an opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and making sure the operation is set up for success each day.

Third shift plays an important role in keeping our warehouse moving. In this position, you'll provide leadership and direction to the overnight team, help maintain productivity and accuracy, address issues as they arise, and make sure employees have what they need to get the job done safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead and support warehouse employees during 3rd shift operations 
• Set clear expectations and communicate priorities to the team 
• Monitor daily workflow, productivity, accuracy, and quality 
• Coach employees and provide feedback when needed 
• Address employee questions, concerns, and operational issues 
• Promote a safe and organized work environment 
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed 
• Work with other supervisors and management to coordinate operations between shifts 
• Help ensure proper staffing and coverage for the department 
• Assist with training new employees and helping team members develop their skills 
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall warehouse efficiency 
• Help maintain accurate inventory and proper product handling 
• Complete required documentation and communicate important information to management 
• Support other warehouse functions as needed 
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday 9:30pm-6:30am

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities for warehouse employees, which includes monitoring workflow and daily productivity. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of inventory movement by monitoring WMS system. Monitors team members’ productivity and work quality, and manages performance. Ensures compliance with all safety programs and ensures a strong culture of safety in the warehouse.

Essential Job Functions

• Direct and control all functions within the facility by managing the workforce and ensuring a highly productive environment.
• Mentors team members through on-the-job training and coaching.
• Provides training and evaluation to equipment operators.
• Ensures the safety of employees while working.
• Involvement in employee relations to ensure proper disciplinary steps are taken as needed.
• Responds to customers’ inquiries about their orders and insure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a clean and organized warehouse.
• Communicates details on production directly to the Director of Warehousing and other shift leaders to ensure flow of production.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Warehousing.
• Is regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of warehouse shipping and receiving functions.
• Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education and Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent and excellent math skills.
• 3 Years of related experience.
• Experience working with powered industrial equipment.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
• D.O.T. and Logistics experience preferred.
• Experience in identifying operational issues, recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
• Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
