3rd Shift Welder
LOCATION: Chelsea, MI
COMPENSATION: $18.75 + $100 shift premium
HOURS:

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

SHIFT PREMIUMS: Offered for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
BREAKS: All shifts include one 15-minute break and a 20-minute paid lunch break. As lunch is paid, employees must remain on company property.

JOB SUMMARY: As a 2nd Shift Welder, you will be responsible for producing quality welds on automotive parts, adhering to strict safety and production guidelines. You will work with a dedicated team to support manufacturing goals and ensure product quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on various automotive components.
Follow safety and production guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Inspect completed work to meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain welding equipment and report any mechanical issues.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Comply with all safety and PPE requirements.
