We are hiring a full-time Welder/Fabricator on 3rd shift (Monday evening to Friday morning, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM) with occasional OT and a 30-minute lunch break. The role offers $21.28 - $34.67/hour plus benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, and profit sharing.
Responsibilities include using MIG, TIG, or Brazing to join metal components per prints, setting up tooling, preparing surfaces, reading technical diagrams, inspecting parts, and performing related duties. The candidate reports to the production manager and may assist new hires.
Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), 2+ years of experience, proficiency in welding techniques, knowledge of safety standards, and the ability to read technical documents. Skills in using tools, interpreting drawings, working with metals, and performing shop math are essential. Physical demands involve standing, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a loud, fume-filled environment with PPE. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
