Wire Drawing Machine Operator - Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring wire drawing equipment to ensure production goals and quality standards are met. Operators will load raw materials, perform quality inspections, complete production documentation, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Pay & Schedule
$17.65 per hour and up (Based on Experience)
3rd Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
12-Hour Rotating Schedule
** Training will be provided on 1st Shift before transitioning to the assigned production schedule. **
Job Requirements & Duties
Set up, operate, and monitor wire drawing machines
Load rod coils onto machine payoffs
Perform quality inspections throughout the shift
Complete production and inventory documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety and production procedures
Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to pass a national background check
Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in hot and cold manufacturing environments
