Broadwater County MSU Extension is seeking a 4-H Assistant in Townsend, MT! See email to apply below!

Term: Permanent

Schedule: Full-Time (32 - 40 hours/week)

Pay: $19-21/Hour DOE

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Support local youth development programs, community events, volunteer coordination, and county 4-H activities.
• Assist with 4-H communications, enrollment, events, fair activities, club support, and educational programming.
• Help create positive experiences for youth and families throughout the county.
• Occasional evenings and weekends are required.
• Overnight travel may be required.

 

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or its equivalent required.
• Relevant college coursework and/or degree preferred.
• Proficiency with general office software and communication platforms required.
• Must possess a valid Montana Operator’s license.
• Experience and/or education in youth development, education, agriculture, volunteer organizations, or programs similar in structure to 4-H strongly preferred.
• Experience or knowledge of the 4-H program preferred.
