Term: Permanent
Schedule: Full-Time (32 - 40 hours/week)
Pay: $19-21/Hour DOE
Responsibilities:
- Support local youth development programs, community events, volunteer coordination, and county 4-H activities.
- Assist with 4-H communications, enrollment, events, fair activities, club support, and educational programming.
- Help create positive experiences for youth and families throughout the county.
- Occasional evenings and weekends are required.
- Overnight travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or its equivalent required.
- Relevant college coursework and/or degree preferred.
- Proficiency with general office software and communication platforms required.
- Must possess a valid Montana Operator’s license.
- Experience and/or education in youth development, education, agriculture, volunteer organizations, or programs similar in structure to 4-H strongly preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of the 4-H program preferred.
