License/Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; RN licensure in Louisiana or compact license
Experience: 1+ year in Critical Care preferred, new graduates considered

Hourly Rate: $62.31/hour

What Youll Do
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a busy ICU setting, managing diverse cases such as DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, MI, CABGs, and ventilator-dependent patients
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses in accordance with protocols
Document accurate patient histories, assessments, and care interventions
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management
Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care throughout your shift
What You Need
Required:
Active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
At least 1 year of critical care experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered
Ability to work night shift and follow facility protocols
Preferred:
BSN degree
Experience with cardiac and medical ICU patient populations
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
