What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a busy ICU setting, managing diverse cases such as DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, MI, CABGs, and ventilator-dependent patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses in accordance with protocols
• Document accurate patient histories, assessments, and care interventions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care throughout your shift

What You Need
Required:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
• At least 1 year of critical care experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered
• Ability to work night shift and follow facility protocols

Preferred:

• BSN degree
• Experience with cardiac and medical ICU patient populations
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
