Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What Youll Do
Provide routine and complex nursing care for medical/surgical patients
Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and evaluate effectiveness
Document patient histories, symptoms, treatments, and progress
Assess and educate patients and their families about care plans
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain appropriate nurse/patient ratios (5:1 or 6:1)
Use Epic EMR for documentation and care planning
What You Need
Required:
RN license in Louisiana or a compact state
BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience with Epic EMR
Flexibility to float within the Med/Surg unit
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
