What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to post-surgical and neuro patients on a MedSurg-focused unit
- Assess patient conditions and administer medications and treatments with adherence to protocols
- Monitor patients responses and document findings accurately
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage patient needs with critical thinking and independent judgment within clinical standards
- Adapt to changing patient care needs, contributing to a safe, healing environment
What You Need
Required:
- RN license in the state of employment or a compact license
- BLS certification from AHA
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MedSurg or similar setting
Preferred:
- EPIC experience
- Neuro or orthopedic patient care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
