License/Certs: Active RN license in Louisiana or Compact State; BLS and ACLS from AHA required
Experience: 1+ year of relevant clinical experience preferred

What Youll Do
Provide direct patient care for telemetry unit patients, including those with MI, CHF, arrhythmias, PVD, and general med-surg overflow
Monitor cardiac drips and manage medication administration according to protocol
Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and responses accurately in EPIC EMR
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure patient safety
Educate patients and families about their condition and treatment plans
Follow hospital policies and safety protocols to deliver quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
Active Louisiana RN license or valid compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a telemetry or cardiac unit preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
