    Description

    Job Summary: The Aluminum Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines that shape, cut, and finish aluminum products. This role ensures that machinery runs smoothly and that products meet quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate machines such as CNC machines, presses, or extrusion equipment to process aluminum products.
    • Monitor machine operations to ensure correct feed rates, pressures, and temperatures.
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure machines run efficiently.
    • Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Adjust machine settings, such as speed, temperature, and pressure, based on product requirements.
    • Maintain detailed logs of production, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
    • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Work with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require technical training or certification).
    • Experience with machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
    • Basic understanding of machinery, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials if necessary.

    Working Conditions:

    • May involve standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, or working in a noisy environment.
    • Some exposure to hot or hazardous materials, requiring proper safety equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
