Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95/hour

What Youll Do
Provide routine and complex nursing care for Medical/Surgical patients during night shifts
Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, monitoring side effects and effectiveness
Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately
Educate patients, families, and caregivers, addressing needs and concerns
Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient needs and safety standards
Manage patient ratios of 6:1, ensuring quality care and safety
What You Need
Required:
RN License in Louisiana or Compact state
BLS certification
1+ year of relevant Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience working night shifts and in fast-paced environments
