Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is hiring an Inventory Specialist Assistant to join our dynamic team in Jarrettsville, MD.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage and requires a schedule of Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.

An Inventory Specialist Assistant will portray vehicle inventory in a professional manner online for their respected store. They will also be responsible for preparation of the vehicles for lot display. The incorporating duties are listed below:

• Take pictures of all new and used vehicle inventory and display them on all inventory websites.
• Take pictures of trade-ins for appraisals.
• Print vehicle descriptions and warranty information for pre-owned vehicles.
• Make sure vehicles are clean and prepared for lot display.
• Comfortable with uploading, editing and rearranging photos for professional
  appearance on our company website.
• Organization of the inventory lot.
• Inventory tracking and reconciliation.
• Location of keys for units being moved.
• Interaction and coordination with both transport drivers and the driver employees.
• Tracking of outgoing inventory.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient with camera use and basic photo editing.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Must have a clean driving record.
