JOB SUMMARY:

Assists with the management of the Surveillance Operation and team members at all TGO gaming sites: Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek, and Bingo & Slots. Ensures department operates in compliance with the Tribal/State Compact, Regulations, TTC Chapter 10.05 Gaming, and Internal Controls.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. nt
• College courses or Technical schooling in related electronic field preferred. n

SKILLS:

• Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching, interpreting, and translating a variety of data. (Test Required) nt
• Ability to compose business correspondence, i.e., letters, memorandums, etc. (Test Required) n

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of four (4) yearsxc2xa0casino gaming experience working in surveillance operations. nt
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory and/or management experience. nt
• Minimum of three (3) years working experience utilizing a personal computer specifically MS Word, Excel, and Access programs. nt
• Minimum of three (3) years work experience with development and implementation of policies and procedures. nt
• Minimum of one (1) year experience creating, implementing and maintaining departmental budgets. nt
• Prior experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of surveillance equipment. n

• This position is considered xe2x80x9csafety sensitivexe2x80x9d and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing. nt
• Must possess, and maintain, a valid Washington State Driver's License and personal auto insurance. nt
• Must demonstrate current knowledge of Tribal/State Compact, Regulations, TTC Chapter 10.05 Gaming, and Internal Controls. nt
• Thorough knowledge of Surveillance Department procedures, video and digital equipment use, and procedures and protection techniques for all games on property. nt
• Strong understanding and knowledge of procedure manuals from various departments. nt
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. nt
• Must be flexibility to work any shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call. nt
• Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers. n
