HumanHire is partnered with a top national Law Firm looking to add an Human Resources Generalist to their growing team in Roseland, New Jersey. The HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance. We Offer:
Pay: $90-105K Base plus OT and Bonus
Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote weekly

Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and general employment-related questions.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including background checks, employment documentation, orientation, and required training.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to coordinate interviews, offers, and new hire processes.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the firm's HRIS.
Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment, changes, and resolving benefits-related questions.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Human Resources within a Law Firm
Bachelors Degree in related field or Human Resources Certifications
Proficiency in various HR softwares and ATS
