The Human Resources Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department by assisting with employee records, onboarding documentation, customer service inquiries, and day-to-day HR operations. This role helps ensure accurate recordkeeping, timely processing of paperwork, and a positive employee experience.

Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed, 40 hours per week

Pay: $15-20 per hour

Essential Duties

  • Review, sort, and distribute incoming mail and HR-related correspondence nt
  • Process new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding documentation nt
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files nt
  • Perform data entry and update HR systems with employee information nt
  • Respond to employee questions and provide general customer service support nt
  • Assist with employment verifications, filing, scanning, and document management nt
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks, reports, and special projects nt
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information nt
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and orientation sessions as needed n
