• Demonstrates strong instructional practices in literacy, including the Science of Reading, and mathematics.

• Builds positive partnerships with students, families, and the school community.
• Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset to the classroom each day.

Gillett Elementary is a welcoming rural PK-5 school serving approximately 275 students. Our close-knit staff works together to provide a supportive environment where educators are valued, collaboration is encouraged, and every student is known by name.
