The School District of Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan is accepting applications for a full-time 4th grade teacher beginning in the 2026-2027 school year at Lincoln Elementary School. Essential to this position is the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a professional learning community. We prioritize building positive relationships with students and families in order to foster enriching learning experiences. In order to join the Lincoln Elementary team, it is necessary to believe that ALL students are capable of learning at high levels. The ideal candidate will possess effective classroom management skills, as well as, strong background knowledge and/or experience in multi-level systems of support, PBIS, science of reading, small-group differentiated instruction, technology integration, data-driven decision making, and research-based instructional practices.
