Our Family Service Advisor and Licensed Funeral Director (Pre-Need)

• Engage with customers by providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs
• Promote products and services while fostering a positive sales environment
• Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele
• Participate in training to develop sales techniques and customer service skills
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience

Requirement for Licensed Funeral Director (Pre-Need)

• Current Funeral Director License issued in Ohio/ or Any other State
