Position Overview
Start Time: 5:30 AM | Monday–Saturday
This position combines early-morning truck unloading with Front of House responsibilities.
Team Members will begin their shift at 5:30 AM, unloading and putting away the restaurant's truck delivery. Truck responsibilities are typically completed between 5:30 AM–7:00 AM and include organizing and properly storing dry goods and frozen products.
Once the truck is unloaded and products are properly stored, Team Members will transition into Front of House operations for the remainder of their scheduled shift.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Pay
- Full-Time: $17.00/hour + room for growth and advancement
- Part-Time: $15.00–$16.00/hour + room for growth and advancement

What You'll Do
Morning Truck Responsibilities
- Unload incoming truck deliveries
- Organize and put away dry goods
- Properly store frozen products
- Maintain clean and organized storage and receiving areas
- Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Work efficiently with the team to have products stored and ready for restaurant operations
Front of House Responsibilities
After truck duties are completed, you will support daily Front of House operations. Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting and serving guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Taking and fulfilling guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Supporting front counter, dining room, and drive-thru operations
- Bagging and delivering guest orders
- Stocking supplies and maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Creating positive connections with guests
- Communicating and working effectively with Team Members and Leaders
- Providing Chick-fil-A's signature hospitality and service
- Supporting the needs of the restaurant as assigned

What to Expect
This is an active, hands-on position. Your shift begins by helping unload and organize the morning truck delivery and then transitions into serving guests and supporting Front of House operations.
